Raised locally in the village of Saintfield, Sarah attended Down High School in Downpatrick. She went on to study law at Queen’s University Belfast where she obtained a 2:1 degree in 2008.

Post graduation, Sarah undertook her Apprenticeship at Murlands Solicitors, and was awarded her Certificate of Professional Legal Studies and admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2010.

Sarah works in the Property Department of Murlands and deals with both residential and commercial conveyancing with a particular interest in in commercial lettings. Sarah also assists in the private client department and has wide experience in dealing with Wills and Administration of Estates.

Sarah became a Partner in the firm in 2021.

As a member of the NI Company and Commercial Lawyers Group and NI Commercial Property Lawyers Association, Sarah’s knowledge and experience continues to prove invaluable to the firm. She also serves on the Remuneration Panel of the Law Society of Northern Ireland.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys her role as Musical Director in her church. Time at home is spent crafting, reading, and spending quality time with her sons.
