Sarah M. Shannon
Raised locally in the village of Saintfield, Sarah attended Down High School in Downpatrick. She went on to study law at Queen’s University Belfast where she obtained a 2:1 degree in 2008.
Post graduation, Sarah undertook her Apprenticeship at Murlands Solicitors, and was awarded her Certificate of Professional Legal Studies and admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2010.
Since qualification, Sarah has worked as an Associate Solicitor in the Property Department of Murlands and deals with both residential and commercial conveyancing with a particular interest in in commercial lettings and the renewable energy sector. Sarah also assists in the private client department and has wide experience in dealing with Wills and Administration of Estates.
As a member of the NI Company and Commercial Lawyers Group and NI Commercial Property Lawyers Association, Sarah’s knowledge and experience continues to prove invaluable to the firm.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys her role as Musical Director in her church. Time at home is spent crafting, reading, and spending quality time with her toddler son.
