
Lindsey H. Brennan

Originally from Carryduff but now living in Drumaness, Lindsey attended Assumption Grammar School in Ballynahinch before studying Law at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown. She graduated with a First Class Honours degree and went on to study at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies qualifying as a solicitor in 2016.
Lindsey joined our very busy matrimonial department in 2023 dealing with all aspects of separation and matrimonial breakdown and is an accredited member of the Children’s Order Panel.
The Children Order Panel is a Panel of Solicitors with proven expertise and experience in Family Law, as accredited by the Law Society of Northern Ireland. Lindsey specialises in all types of cases involving children and represents parents in private law proceedings to include Residence Orders, Contact Orders or a Specific Issue Order. She also represents parents and other family members in public law proceedings, involving Social Services, which include applications for Care Orders, Secure Accommodation Orders and Adoptions.
Lindsey also deals with all criminal matters representing clients in the police station and at all Court tiers.
Outside of the office Lindsey enjoys spending quality time with her three young children and helping out on their farm.
