Originally from Belfast, Laura attended Sullivan Upper School in Holywood before moving on to study law at Queen’s University Belfast. After graduating with a 2:1 in 2014, she began her studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies before qualifying as a Solicitor with Distinction in 2016. This was also the year she joined Murlands as an Associate Solicitor, where she has proven an integral part of the team.

During her time in the practice, Laura has developed her expertise in a wide range of litigation matters. She has a particular interest in plaintiff personal injury litigation, and also has extensive experience in family and matrimonial cases.

Laura prides herself on her ability to deal with any sensitive matters discreetly, whilst working efficiently and effectively to meet the best interests of her clients.

Outside the office, Laura is always active – between caring for her two young children she loves surfing, skating and yoga.
