Brenda attended St Louis Grammar School in her hometown of Kilkeel before progressing to study Law at Queen’s University Belfast, graduating in 2014. From there she attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies where she was awarded the Owen Catchpole award for Solicitor Advocacy; testament to her hard work and enthusiasm.
Brenda undertook her apprenticeship with a Belfast firm before transferring to Murlands in June 2016. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2016, and has become a vital part of the Murlands team.
Brenda specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lifetime mortgages, self-build mortgages and Northern Ireland Co-Ownership Housing Association transactions. During her time at Murlands, she has seen through countless smooth and successful completions and provides a consistently excellent standard of service throughout every step of the conveyancing process.
In her spare time Brenda enjoys travelling, Pilates, walking and spending quality time with her two young children.
