Eileen M. McLarnon

A native of Portglenone, Eileen obtained her law degree in 1983 from Queens University, Belfast.   In 1984 she returned to Queens where she obtained her professional qualification from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.

Eileen holds the Law Society of Northern Ireland / National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s Certificate in Advanced Advocacy.  Eileen joined Murlands in 1994 and was appointed Partner in 2001.

During her time in practice, Eileen has worked in all areas of the law but now concentrates her expertise in the area of litigation.  Eileen is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers and has acted on behalf of several high profile local and national insurance companies for decades. She prides herself on providing a highly efficient, pro-active and results-driven service backed by a wealth of knowledge and experience. She deals with all levels of the Court system in Northern Ireland, and with a wide variety of claims including: road traffic accidents, personal injury (including catastrophic loss or death), industrial injury and property damage.

In her spare time Eileen is involved in voluntary work for her local church and school.   Her main hobbies are reading and gardening.
